Ready to fill our map…

We officially put our map on our RV, and we are ready to fill it! We hope to visit all the states. I’d love to know some of your favorite places to visit, so please comment below or send me a message!

Some of our favorite places we’ve visited outside of Texas, our home state, prior to RVing are Tennessee and California. We have not been to many states, though.

We love a combination of outdoor adventure, museums, entertainment and good food.

We plan to visit most, if not all, the national parks. Have you been to any, and what are you favorites if so?

This month we are headed to San Antonio, TX to visit the Alamo, the River Walk and possibly Sea World. We are looking forward to it!

Help us fill our map! Where should we go?

  1. Head up the East coast… We are in NY state, just south of our capital Albany!! Come visit, we’ll leave the light on!

  2. Colorado Springs! Come see Pikes Peak, Rockledge Ranch and Garden of the Gods. Or take the kids to Buena Vista to Mount Princeton hot springs when the 400 ft water slide is open and go fishing at Cottonwood Lake. It is *gorgeous* here in Colorado. I am so lucky to call this home. 🏔

  3. Rio grande valley is a great place and pretty close to the beach and Mexico. Inexpensive, great Mexican food.

  4. In Pennsylvania go to amish country. Lots of of places where they can learn about the amish. Plus you have Strasburg Railroad you can ride. Have fun! Safe Travels. I can recommend a campground too
Country Acres Campground is my favorite!

  5. We love the Gulf shore camps. Beautiful. And Savannah and Charleston. Also Zion and Bryce were our favorites.

  6. Vermont in the fall, Colorado anytime of year, Washington, DC when Cherry Blossoms in Blume & for the history, Arkansas State Parks – butterfly weekends, Montana – mountains, Alaska – so many places to visit.
